Payment policy:

We accept payment by
Visa and Master cards. Bank fee is applied 3%
American Express. Bank fee is applied 5%
All promotions are exclusive of 10% tax (VAT). But 5% service charge is included.

Check-in / check-out policy:

Check in: from 14h00;
Check out: at the latest 12h00;
Early check-in: subject to room availability.

Late check-out policy:

Late check-out is subject to room availability
12: 00-17: 00 Check out: Additional charge of 50% of the room rate
Check out after 17:00: 100% of room charge will be charged

Early arrival and late departure:

If you arrive early in the day and you want to enter the room immediately, we recommend that you book the night in advance. Likewise, for late departures, an extra night booking will guarantee access until you leave the hotel.

Guarantee policy:

A valid credit card will be required upon booking;
For credit card bookings, such card (s) must be presented upon check-in at the respective hotels;
Management reserves the right to cancel any booking without notice if we are notified of any fraud or illegal activity related to the full payment received.

Child Policy:

Children under 4 years old: free.
Children from 4 years old to 12 years old: surcharge $ 6 / person / room / night.
Children 12 years and over. Adults: surcharge $ 10 / person / room / night.

Cancellation of room:

If cancellation / amendment is made 72 hours before your arrival date, you will not be charged.
If a cancellation / modification is made within 72 hours, including the reservation made within 72 hours of your arrival, the first night's room rate and tax will be charged. In case of no show, 100% room charge and tax will be charged.

 Early booking / Long stay / Minimum / Package price is non-changeable & non-refundable

Tour cancellation policy:

Multiple days: Tours canceled before 10 days of tour will incur 100% deposit, cancel 35% deposit before 20 days, Cancellation before 30 days will be penalized. 100% refund on all paid deposits.

Day tour: Cancellation before 24 hours will cost 50% of the tour price of the day. Late cancellation - Less than 24 hours before the tour, the full tour price will be lost.

Refunds will take about 7 to 20 business days. Transaction fee of 3% for Visa, Master card will be applied. Please notify us at info@webhotel.vn when you receive the refund amount.

Complaints or comments:

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. First, any complaints or comments relating to your stay in one of our hotels are to the direct hotel manager at the time of your stay so that we can take care of them immediately. ie.
The issues cannot be resolved there and must then be notified in writing to the Executive Director, Hanoi Brother Inn at 11 Batdan Street, Hanoi, Vietnam.

All cars are new, air-conditioned, in good condition
Hotel staff holding a sign with a visitor's name will wait at the airport terminal when guests arrive
The price includes all tolls
Any missed pick-up due to incorrect arrival details will be fined 50% of the agreed price
