1. Payment method
- Accept payment in 2 ways: bank transfer and cash. Payments must be paid before or upon check-out
2. Check in and check out:
- Check in time 14:00 pm
- Check out time is before 12:00 noon the next day
- After the specified time, if the late check-out does not exceed 5 hours, the half-day charge is over 5 hours, the whole day is charged
3. Reservations:
- Customers can book through Hotline:
- The hotel may cancel the booking without notice if the hotel receives notice of any fraudulent or criminal activity related to the payments received.
- The hotel does not require customers to make a deposit before booking
- No 5% service charge.
- In graft: 150,000 / person
4. Child policy:
- Under 06 years old, free breakfast
- 06-12 years old surcharge 100,000 VND
- 12 years old and over: extrabed extra bed: 200,000 VND
5. Complaints or Suggestions:
- We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Any complaints regarding our hotel stay will be resolved as quickly as possible.
- We always welcome your comments about our service. These will be a solid foundation to help us know what we have done well and what we must try harder to improve our services.
